Darlene Mack, Stefanie Prokity, and Hilda Stevens, former Central Virginia principals, are following their entrepreneurial passions and dreams as owners of the Lynchburg-based educational consulting firm, Successful Innovations, INC. The trio left the educational world last year to work full-time in the world of business. Their passion for parent involvement motivated them to create and market interactive resources to make it easier for parents to become involved in their child’s education. Their products are currently being utilized by school districts and organizations in 14 states and Puerto Rico.

They also recently published a book, “Building a High Achieving School: 3 Cs to Success” which is being utilized by administrators in school districts around the country and received recognition by the Virginia Association of Elementary School Principals’ Executive Director, Tom Shortt.  Learn more about these local movers and shakers through their company’s page on Facebook, Twitter and their website: www.si4all.com.
