P. Tulane Patterson, Owner and CEO of Generation Solutions, was recently invested into the Order of St. John at the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine in New York City. The Order of St. John is a world wide organization that was designated in 1888 as a Royal Order of Chivalry by Victoria, Queen of England. It is a Christian Order that finds it roots with the hopitallers of Jerusalem in the year 1080 AD. The Order’s original mission was to look after the poor and sick of all faiths because they regarded them “their Lord’s” irrespective of circumstance. Today the order operates two hospitals in the Middle East and many other health care related services around the world. Patterson is the first Lynchburg resident invested into the Order.
