First National Bank is pleased to announce the following employee promotions:

Bryan M. Lemley, Vice President, Cashier and Chief Financial Officer, has been named Senior Vice President, Cashier and Chief Financial Officer. Lemley has been with First National Bank for 10 years. He is currently active with the United Way, MDA and youth basketball coaching with the YMCA and Holy Cross School. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Holy Cross School and the Wildwood Area Recreation Association.

Judith Clements, Vice President and Director of Human Resources has been named to Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources. Clements has 10 years of service with First National Bank and has worked in the field of human resources for 19 years. She is an active member of both the National and Central Virginia Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

William J. “Buck” Sydnor II, Vice President, Branch Administration, has been named Senior Vice President, Branch Administration. Sydnor has spent 28 years in the financial services industry in Region 2000, including nine years with First National Bank. Sydnor is past President of Lynchburg Regional Chamber of Commerce, past President and Campaign Chairman of the United Way of Central Virginia, and former Chairman of Lynchburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority where he currently serves as Commissioner.
